AERO teachers and tutors deliver small group reading intervention lessons that require minimal preparation time. Lessons are constructed as systematic routines to make it easy to teach foundational reading skills in 20-minute sessions, typically offered 3 to 5 times a week. - AERO Mastery Checks determine if a student has mastered concepts from unit lessons
- Color-coded scores like red, yellow, and green indicate if a student needs a reteach or review, or is ready to advance to the next unit
